Your relationship management and influencing skills will make you a credible partner to the business, providing valuable insights and market trends.In this role, you will directly support internal clients across multiple departments including Finance, Operations and Middle Office, Business Strategy, Branding and Communications, Capital Development and Investor Relations, Execution Services, Corporate Services, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Human Resources, and Business Development.If this sounds like the kind of environment you thrive in, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesSource and engage top talent through strategic, creative and innovative sourcing approaches using multiple channelsDevelop an effective and compelling presentation to sell Millennium to prospective candidates; build and manage candidates through to the closing and offer stagePartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goalsProactively incorporate Millennium's diversity and inclusion strategy into recruiting processesConduct interviews and facilitate debrief sessions to identify the best talentDevelop competitive offers and close candidates to bring top talent into MillenniumEnsure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processManage vendor relationships; identify strategic relationships and strengthen firm's overall relationshipQualifications/Skills RequiredBachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 plus years of recruiting experience, ideally both in house and agencyProven experience with talent acquisition within the financial services industry, preferably in a hedge fund or similar investment environmentProficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Boolean searching and sourcing passive candidatesAn understanding of the financial markets and the ability to learn new concepts quicklyStrong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation and benefits within the hedge fund industryAbility to work in high volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordinglyClient focused, service oriented, and relationship builderStrong communication skills, both written and oralMillennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this positionis $70,000 to $160,000,which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual'sexperience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
