Your role in our mission Actively screen and present quality candidates exemplifying our commitment to excellence and efficiency. Participate in weekly meetings with Talent Acquisition Team to align recruitment strategies and actions with company goals. Manage candidate progression meticulously through various stages in our ATS (Success Factors), ensuring timely updates and candidate engagement. What we're looking for This position offers an average of 29 hours of work each week. It's perfect for those seeking a flexible schedule while having significant impact in a dynamic team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is preferred. Proven track record in talent acquisition, demonstrating robust knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Excellent communication skills, capable of nurturing relationships with both candidates and internal teams. Proficiency in HR software, particularly Success Factors, is highly preferred. Experience with ChatGPT and AI Tools is a plus. What you should expect in this role You will be tasked with the disposition of new candidates within specified timeframes, prioritizing referrals and internal applications to streamline the recruitment process. Document all prescreen forms and maintain meticulous records in ATS (Success Factors), ensuring all candidate interactions are logged accurately. The pay range for this position is $27,000 - $33,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
