We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team.
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with leadership, hiring managers, and other HR staff to understand the scope, nature, and objectives of each open position.
This role will focus primarily on building ongoing pipelines of candidates for exempt roles including software development, structural engineering, strategic marketing, sales, and operations leadership, among others.

Responsibilities:Lead the development and posting of positions, identification of qualified and diverse candidates, interviewing and selection processes, and pre-employment processes.Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting qualified, diverse talent.Build Alpine's employer value proposition and ensure compliance with legal requirements and staffing guidelines.Lead the development and tracking of all staffing-related metrics; use data to inform hiring decisions, optimize sourcing efforts, and drive talent acquisition strategies for the organization.Utilize online employment websites, trade publications, university partnerships, and social media to build a robust candidate pipeline.Represent the organization at career fairs and recruiting events to source candidates and build brand recognition.Additional projects as assigned.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field required.4+ years of progressive human resources and strategic talent acquisition experience.Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices and procedures, including relevant Federal and State laws.Proven ability to partner and influence across all levels of the organization through strong business acumen, strategic insights, and exceptional communication skills.Demonstrated track record of delivering great results with strong ability to develop, analyze, and present data to inform decision making.Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Ability to travel up to 20%, higher during peak recruiting periods.
