What You'll Do: Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Actively identify and engage top talent through targeted sourcing strategies, networking, and referrals, creating a strong candidate pool. Interview Coordination: Seamlessly manage interview scheduling and communications, ensuring professional and timely interactions. Pipeline Management: Keep candidate pipelines organized and efficient, tracking progress at every hiring stage. Onboarding & Offboarding: Own the onboarding process, from document preparation to training setup, fostering a smooth transition for new hires. Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate journey with clear, respectful communication at every step. Bilingual Communication: Facilitate bilingual interactions, enhancing our ability to connect with diverse talent. Data Tracking & Insights: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, sharing insights to refine and enhance our hiring processes. Success Profile: We're looking for someone who thrives on creating positive connections, is highly organized, and can handle multiple priorities with ease.
