Intellisense Systems, Inc. innovates what seemed impossible.  We are a fast-growing Southern California technology innovator that solves tough, mission-critical challenges for our customers in the aerospace and defense markets.  We design, develop, and manufacture advanced products for ground, maritime, and airborne applications.  Our products have been deployed in every extreme environment on Earth!  We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. This role will support the talent acquisition team in managing recruiting logistics, scheduling interviews, sourcing for passive candidates, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and assisting with other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for recruiting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Source candidates for technical rolesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipelineUse hiring metrics to develop and execute on new and more efficient sourcing solutionsWork closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of rolesSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, both in-person and virtualEnsure a smooth candidate experience by providing timely responses and accurate informationTrack candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure records are up to dateAssist with recruitment marketing initiatives, such as career fairs, social media posts, and sourcing efforts.Remain in compliance with federal, state, and local labor lawsOther duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fieldExperience in in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support preferred.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and research skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersExcellent computer proficiencyMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service to internal stakeholders What You Can Expect: The ability to innovate, transition a prototype technology into a new product, and to be rewarded.The chance to continually work on new differentiating technologies and implement simple elegant solutions to meet customer needs and that make an impact.Leadership that enables its engineers with all the tools they need to be successful. Pay Range: $24.00-$30.00/hour However, base salary for this position will vary based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
