What You'll Do: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the full cycle Recruitment process for a sales-related project and not only, ensuring a frictionless and positive candidate experience. You will be responsible for sourcing high-caliber candidates across the USA and LATAM.
\n Areas of responsibility include:Proactive pipeline development and sourcing: execute tactical research, referrals, sourcing, digital campaigns, and other talent attraction efforts to find and engage active and passive candidates, as well as diverse talentExecutive Search headhunting TOP candidates across the USA regionInterviews: conduct as many first-round interviews as needed to meet hiring targets with top-caliber candidates, using different types of interview techniquesPipeline management: closely monitor all stages of the candidate life-cycle and proactively identify areas of opportunityCandidate management: screen candidate applications and assessments, schedule interviews, conduct feedback conversations, and handle general candidate communication with a focus on top-tier candidate experienceStakeholder partnership: work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and debrief candidates to find top talent across teamsInbound talent attraction: manage external job postings and recruiting platforms to attract and engage unique talentData: maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metricsAd hoc projects: partner to continuously develop process improvements to enhance the experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alikeWillingness to learn continuously, leverage and extend your expertise by participating in HR-related projects of the company Your experience and skills:Working experience for payment or fintech company in the role of TAM/recruiter is requiredTalent sourcing and recruitment experience across the USA and LATAM market is strongly preferredExecutive Search experience preferredProven experience and successful execution for senior sales — related recruitment projectsStrong oral and written communication skills in EnglishSpanish or Portuguese language will be considered as advantageExcellent attention to detailsOut-of-box mindset and proactivityFlexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment We Offer:Attractive monthly salary paid in line with experience Vacation, sick leave, and paid holidaysRemote opportunity A team of top international professionals to learn fromMulticultural working environment Only candidates with prior background for a Fintech, Banking, or other financial payments company, and with senior sales-roles recruitment experience, will be considered for this role.
