Staffing Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership to meet organizational staffing plans, supporting HR policies, programs, and procedures.Recruitment & Talent Pipeline: Source and recruit candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions, build talent pipelines, and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews, behavioral assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate fit for culture, role, and organizational needs.Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, including compensation recommendations, and oversee pre-employment processes.Onboarding & Reporting: Facilitate onboarding and orientation, maintain personnel records, and compile staffing metrics and reports for HR leadership. ___________________________________________________________ Experience and Education: Three to five years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration preferred; OR five to seven years of related experience without a degree.Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using multi-module HRIS and ATS platforms, with experience in proactive online sourcing and job posting platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.Recruiting Expertise: Proven ability to source and attract quality candidates using various online and traditional methods, including college boards and social media.Leadership Skills: Some prior supervisory experience is required.Preferred Certifications: SHRM-CP (Certified Professional)
