We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteriaCreate job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each positionDevelop and implement recruitment strategiesSource applicants through online channels such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, LinkedIn and other professional networksParticipate in all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and referencesOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipelineDevelop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholdersForecast hiring needs based on business growth plansWho YOU Are: Can communicate easily and clearly – verbally, in reports and in writingWork well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProcess driven and organizedQualifications: 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar roleExperience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsProficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networksExperience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidatesProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trendsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of applicant tracking systemsBachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Human resources Management or similar field is a plusWhat We Offer: The EarthCam package includes excellent salaries, bonuses, benefits, and constant opportunities for development – designed to create an entrepreneurial, invigorating and satisfying environment.
