We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Marketing Coordinator to join our TA team! As a Talent Acquisition Marketing Coordinator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for managing multiple job boards, designing and executing recruitment marketing materials, candidate imports, and more. If you are a self-starter, who can bring their marketing and recruiting experience together to support and build a compelling brand to support our hiring goals, this role is for you.
\n ResponsibilitiesContribute and implement our employee brand into recruitment marketing materials.Create content for social media, employee testimonials, and more.Manage multiple job boards including campaigns, candidate imports, budgeting, and more.Enter data into the applicant tracking system rapidly and accurately.Maintain job postings, including formatting for desk top and mobile.Recommend changes to adapt with industry data and benchmarks.Monitor job board metrics, campaign performance, and additional reports as needed.Other additional projects as assigned. SkillsAt least 1 year of marketing experience, preferred.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar area can be substituted for experience.Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, timeline-orientated environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fun, energetic, and collaborative personality with a self-starter approach to work.Proficient with Excel and MS Office.Experience using Canva, preferred.
