Join the WeVote Movement WeVote has a (volunteer) Talent Acquisition Ops Specialist to work with our Chief Talent Officer, 4 to 6 Recruiters, and a TA Project Manager to optimize TA processes, Technology, Partnerships, and Job Boards. This is an ideal role for a person who aspires to work in Talent Acquisition and brings passion, an intentional work style, and natural curiosity.

What You'll Do Ensure requisitions are correctly written/posted within our JazzHR ATS instance.Cross-post requisitions to non-syndicated job boards (Idealist & VolunteerMatch).Attend our Introduction Webinar 1x per month to capture attendees, support Q&A, and help ensure a great event experience for potential volunteers.Work with our Onboarding team to smooth the process from "Prospective Volunteer" to being a WeVote Volunteer.Make suggestions to the team! (no wallflowers allowed).Who you are: Must haves. You want to work with an established and successful team.
