Are you passionate about finding the right talent to help a company grow? Thanks to an internal promotion, we are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition partner. Building relationships with key stakeholders across our businesses is critical to the success of our TA partners, so we are requiring that you be in the office (2) days a week.

Your Mission: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be at the forefront of implementing innovative recruiting plans and strategies to bring in the best talent that aligns with our employee value proposition. Your goal is to ensure that our growing team is made up of individuals who not only excel in their roles but also embody our culture and values.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: We value education and practical experience equally.
5+ Years of Full Life Cycle Recruiting Experience: You've successfully navigated the salaried and/or university relations recruiting landscape.
Strong Sourcing Skills: You know where to find top talent and how to engage them effectively.
Confidentiality: You handle sensitive information with the utmost care and discretion.
Team Collaboration: You excel in group settings and thrive in a team environment.
ATS Experience: You're familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and know how to leverage them to streamline the recruitment process.
Interpersonal Skills: You can quickly establish rapport and are highly approachable.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: You're comfortable with Word and Excel, and maybe even an expert in their advanced features.
Willingness to Travel: You're ready to hit the road when needed to find the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting Management: Create, maintain, and update job postings to attract the right candidates.
Strategy Development: Support and execute role-based recruiting strategies.
Community Involvement: Identify and participate in community events, job fairs, and school outreach programs to build our talent pipeline.
Partnerships: Collaborate with the Employee Service Center and HR Partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Talent Sourcing: Find and engage high-quality candidates who are a cultural fit for our team.
Candidate Screening: Administer and participate in the application process to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
Talent Advising: Use data and market insights to guide hiring managers through the selection process, from scoping meetings to onboarding.
Pipeline Development: Proactively build candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Internal Partners: Hiring Managers, HR Partners, Employee Service Center, and Communications Teams
External Partners: Candidates, Suppliers
