As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage full cycle recruiting process - sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, and closing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring initiatives, write job descriptions and job postings for current openings
Promote job openings on career pages, job boards, and social networks
Define innovative sourcing strategies and approaches to attract top talent
Source candidates through online channels (e.g., professional networks and portfolio sites)
Provides guidance to hiring managers on recruiting process and hiring best practices
Determine qualification criteria for each position
Update and maintain job descriptions
Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
Participate in job fairs to boost company's reputation
Facilitate recruitment process trainings with hiring managers
Prepares and extends verbal and written offers
Coordinate with People team to ensure a seamless employee experience
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in recruiting
Experience in a growing tech company is a plus
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
System-savvy (we use Lever, G-Suite, Zenefits and Jira regularly)
A team player
Organized individual with the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong decision-making skills
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
This position is in office and candidates must be located in Austin, Texas.
