In This Role, You Will:Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions including MAs, LPNs, and RNs, handling job postings, sourcing, screening, and extending offers.Conduct phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers, ensuring efficient feedback and communication.Update leadership on recruitment progress and maintain a robust talent pipeline.Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday, and recruitment platforms for efficient hiring.Write and post engaging, accurate job descriptions to attract high-quality candidates.Build relationships with nursing schools, job fairs, and online job boards to source skilled candidates.Ensure recruitment practices comply with EEO and healthcare regulations.Collaborate with clinical administrators to understand staffing needs and coordinate onboarding with HR.We Require:Bachelor's Degree required.Knowledge of nursing licensure requirements and clinical responsibilities.Experience recruiting for healthcare facilities with a focus on clinical roles.Minimum of 2 years in clinical recruitment, particularly for MAs, RNs, and LPNs.Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with recruiting platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Organized and able to manage multiple recruitment processes with attention to detail.What We Offer:Salary: Up to $85,000/year
