Role Overview: We are seeking a result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist - High Volume Recruiter to join our North America Talent Acquisition team.
This role is crucial in driving our business growth by identifying and engaging top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Process: Ensure consistency and compliance across all job requisitions, partnering with key stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and deliver defined TA metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand workforce planning needs, develop strong market knowledge, and execute effective recruiting strategies.

Global Projects: Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition and People Services to define priorities and participate in global projects to enhance programs, processes, and tools.

Full Life Cycle Recruiting: Manage job postings, pre-screen candidates, review resumes, assess applications, and conduct interviews.

Candidate Sourcing: Target active and passive candidates for niche or hard-to-fill positions using direct search/networking methodologies and social media tools like LinkedIn.

Brand Representation: Strengthen the employer brand in the region by representing IFF to the highest standard.

Continuous Improvement: Innovate and leverage the brand, market, and technology for successful sourcing solutions.

Applicant Tracking System: Administer and manage workday our Applicant Tracking System.
Qualifications: Education:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:3-6 years of proven TA or recruiting experience, high volume recruiting.
Experience hiring across North America is essential.
Technical Skills:Proficiency with Global Applicant Tracking Systems, database management, and professional social media hiring tools (LinkedIn, local job boards).
Workday experience is a plus.
Recruiting Expertise:Demonstrated success in recruiting for complex positions, particularly in technical or manufacturing industries such as ingredients, chemicals, food, and consumer goods.
Soft Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information, and a persistent drive for results.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Autonomy:Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and as part of a hybrid team.
