Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:
·      Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to candidate offer, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders (hiring managers).

·      Source and screen candidates, engaging both active and passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

·      Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

·      Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring timely communication between all parties involved, conducting first round interviews as needed.

·      Provide an exceptional experience for candidates by keeping them engaged and informed throughout.

·      Utilize technology and tools to manage applications, track candidate progress, and streamline workflows.

·      Identify opportunities to elevate our recruitment activities and make recommendations to improve efficiency and candidate quality.

·      Actively promote the company's employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.

·      Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

·      Keep current with industry best practices and innovative recruiting techniques that allow us to continuously improve.

Qualifications:
·      Minimum of 3 years TA experience, recruiting in the mortgage or financial services space a plus
·      Superior written and verbal communication skills
·      Extremely organized and diligent
·      High EQ, collaborative team player
·      Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
·      Ability to meet strict deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency as applicable 
Education and Experience:
·      Bachelor's Degree required
·      Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment
·      Experience working remotely and/or with a remote team preferred
