The Role: The Talent Acquisition Specialist Is responsible for acquiring new talent to the Company by managing the full recruitment cycle.
This role will oversee multiple talent searches while meeting the business needs of MAS and providing an exceptional candidate experience that represents the values of MAS Medical Staffing.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will: Partners with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs to effectively develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned functions.Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the entire recruitment process.Initiates and manages on-boarding/new hire checklists to ensure the transition from candidate to new employee creates a positive experience for all new hiresManages full life-cycle recruitment process from intake discussion through offer acceptance, while providing value-added guidance on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure the right talent is selected for the right role at the right timeMeets department goals and metrics related to calls, screens/interviews, and hires.Participates in team "round table" discussions and contributes through recommendations and assigned action itemsResearches, recommends, and executes new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and keeps them "warm"Manage candidate profiles and onboarding process in Bullhorn, with accuracy and in a timely mannerAlways maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Partner with TA team members on new business recruiting as neededWork on assigned project team(s) to support overall process improvements and innovative forward-thinking talent acquisition practices.Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to ensure an effective and efficient process that minimizes waste and optimizes the hiring of top talent.Other duties as assigned.In this position, you must have: Minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting experience and high school diplomaExperience with Healthcare recruiting (preferred)Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)Experience In Human Resources and Talent Acquisition (preferred)Characteristics for success: Excellent listening and communication skillsProficient In MS OfficeExperience using virtual platforms for interviewingExcellent customer service and phone etiquette skillsHighly professional with both internal staff and customers/candidatesAbility work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently as well as in a teamLocation: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a hybrid position located in Manchester, NH with the expectation of being in the office two days a week.
