Manage the interview process, coordinating schedules and facilitating interviews with relevant stakeholders. Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance our recruitment efforts. Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Requirements: Experience level can range from entry-level to senior-level positions; we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and recruitment metrics effectively. Adaptability to navigate changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
