Position Summary: The Talent Associate will be responsible for supporting recruitment for Pine and throughout the Pine portfolio. This role works closely with the Director of People & Talent and team to build out a recruitment & sourcing center of excellence for the Pine portfolio, focused on recruitment of top-tier candidates for high demand roles (sales & marketing and executive leadership). The Talent Associate will play a key role in shaping our workforce by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-life cycle recruitment, a passion for building sustainable systems, the ability to connecting people with opportunities, and a keen understanding of how to find talent that aligns with our portfolio's mission and values.
Details: This role is remote with potential for quarterly travel to attend team meetings. The Talent Associate will report to the Director of People & Talent. Compensation: Base salary = $75,000 – $80,000 + bonus What you'll do: Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs across the portfolio focusing on Pine internal team hires, sales/marketing hires, and executive hires. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and recruitment best practices. Foster relationships with candidates, ensuring ongoing communication and engagement. Track and report on key metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Enhance the company's employer brand by creating compelling job postings and engaging content. Stand up systems and tools to support recruitment efforts (ATS, internal SOPs) What you'll bring: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and full-life cycle recruitment Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Breezy, Lever, or Greenhouse Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and candidates. Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment with strong ability to navigate ambiguity Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
