There is no remote or hybrid function.** Job Summary – The Talent Management Coordinator supports the Talent Management Team to assist in sourcing quality talent and ensure an excellent candidate and new employee experience, aligned with the Company culture. The incumbent is responsible for identifying and engaging talent and works closely with Talent Management Partners and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies to generate and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. The Talent Management Coordinator is also responsible for scheduling new employee onboarding, including scheduling pre-employment screenings and compliance with all documentation post hire. The Talent Management Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting the Talent Management Team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Job-Specific Requirements: Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources required or Bachelor's degree combined with previous HR experience required. Previous experience working in Human Resources required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure a professional company image is projected at all times. Must possess the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent time management, organizational, analytical, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
