Job Description: As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be a key contributor to small globally disbursed recruiting team that has enabled the company to rapidly scale. You will work closely with our recruiting team to provide scheduling, pre-onboarding, and talent operations support. This is a hybrid role, also incorporating some onsite office support tasks and potentially executive support. Responsibilities: o Help drive the talent acquisition process with urgency and efficiency
o Ensure candidates have a great experience throughout the recruiting process o Support documentation both throughout the interview process and for internal TA processes and reporting
o Help support candidate review and sourcing strategies o Provide onsite general office support including answering the phone, scheduling, shipping packages, filing, stocking the kitchen and ordering supplies.
o Undertake additional HR duties, as requested o Fast paced multitasking is a MUST.
Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: o A minimum of 2+ years as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiter or Executive Assistant, working with highly skilled professionals in a fast paced environment o Exposure to global scheduling: coordinating interviews and/or events across multiple time zones, is required o Proficiency with Microsoft Office
o Prior experience with an ATS system, Lever preferred
o Excellent work ethic, strong sense of urgency and attention to detail is a must o Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite
o Ability to lift between 25-35 lbs
o Excellent customer service skills
o Very organized and detail-oriented
o Outstanding communicator both verbally and written
o Effective multi-tasker o Self-directed and able to work independently o BA/BSc is highly desired o Ability to work in an open, transparent and collaborative environment that moves very quickly and dynamically o Location: Onsite Redwood City, CA

Compensation Transparency $60,000 - $80,000 USD Please note that the annual base salary range is a guideline and, for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as, knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for benefits, and may be eligible for equity.
