We are looking for Carpenters with custom residential experience and:
At least 3 years of experience in all phases of construction and carpentryA high level of competency in rough and/or finish carpentryA high degree of precision and attention to detailAbility to install framing, decking, cabinets, crown and base moldings, custom doors and windows, and all other finish and trim carpentry workA complete understanding of all construction techniques, as well as related code complianceAbility to read blueprintsA complete set of carpentry toolsA dependable, professional, and dedicated work ethicExcellent communication and organizational skillsWe are looking for Construction Managers who have:
At least 3 years of experience managing residential construction projectsExperience managing and leading a teamAbility to create project estimates, budgets, and schedulesAn unbeatable level of attention to detailBest-in-class customer service skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management softwareA team mentality and a collaborative spiritA high level of intrinsic motivation and a positive attitudeWhy should you join our team?
