As a Targeting Analyst, you will work in a dynamic environment and leverage your experience to perform all-source analysis, process structured and unstructured data, and generate reports to identify targets and opportunities that address intelligence gaps and align with our client's operational requirements. Specific work location varies based on the position filled. Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Poly Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience or combination of education/experience) in a relevant field; Experience: Job-specific experience performing similar roles within the Federal Intelligence Community; required years of relevant experience varies depending on the role (for example, typically 3 years for Full Performance, 8 years for Senior, 12 years for Expert); job-specific experience includes: - Experience with analytic targeting tools and techniques - Demonstrated ability to analyze, prioritize, problem solve, and synthesize large amounts of data/information - Experience working on several tasks concurrently with minimal supervision Desired - Excellent communication and briefing skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
