Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage and organize agent schedules and appointments Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries Prepare and process necessary paperwork, including contracts, listings, and closing documents Maintain accurate records and files Assist with marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and social media posts Client Support: Provide excellent customer service to clients Schedule property showings and open houses Assist with client communications and inquiries Follow up with leads and potential clients Transaction Coordination: Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks Prepare closing documents and assist with closing processes Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Real estate license or willingness to obtain one Detail-oriented and able to multitask Positive attitude and willingness to learn Valid Nevada Driver's License and reliable transportation Benefits: Competitive compensation package Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexible work schedule **If you are a motivated and reliable individual with a passion for real estate, we encourage you to apply**
