A high school diploma or equivalent (college experience is a plus).5+ years of customer service experience, with retail or restaurant management strongly preferred.At least 2+ years of retail experience.Proven leadership and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.A creative, results-oriented approach to hospitality and event planning.Ability to lift 40 lbs. and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Superior sales and customer service abilities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).Strong organizational and project management skills.A 'can-do' attitude with a knack for problem-solving and decision-making.
