\n Requirements:2+ years of experience in public accounting with an emphasis in Flow-Through Taxation.BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field (Masters degree a plus).Licensed CPA in active status or in the process of obtaining a CPA license.Experience with conducting research on complex tax issues.Exposure to a variety of entities and industries.Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Critical thinking skills and and an ability to proactively resolve issues in a timely manner.Experience developing and training associate level professionals. Responsibilities:Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of flow-through clients in the Real-Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, and Private Equity space.Work with clients to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability.Supervise tax associates' assignments and manage the day-to-day delivery of tax compliance / consulting services to the client.Develop and motivate tax associates by providing them with counseling, leadership and career guidance.
\n$75,000 - $85,000 a year
Pay Range - $75,000 - $85,000
The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position.  Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications. \nWondering if you should apply?
