Position Details/Description: Prominent LA-based full-service practice seeks accomplished Tax Associate Attorney with 4-8 years of experience dealing with compensation and benefit matters, with a particular emphasis on IRC Section 409A and 280G, and a desire to expand their tax practice to include corporate and partnership tax.
Salary/Compensation/Health Benefits: Salary range is up to 275K (DOE/DOQ) plus a comprehensive & robust health benefits package, 401K, generous PTO, paid parking onsite, and many other notable employee-centered perks.
