TTI, Inc. is looking for an International Tax Manager at our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.
The Tax Manager assists the Director of Tax with tax compliance and planning for TTI, Inc. and its subsidiaries.
Tax compliance involves primarily managing PwC with their process to prepare the US Foreign Tax Compliance and Global Transfer Pricing,The International Tax Manager will remain current on global tax initiatives, including Pillar 2, and US foreign tax legislation.The International Tax Manager will lead or participate in special projects - sometimes managing PwC or another outside consultant - to make the tax filing process more efficient, to lower the effective tax rate, to ensure tax compliance in the US as it relates to foreign subsidiaries.The International Tax Manager will have responsibility for the global legal entity organization chart.

ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage the process to prepare accurate and timely completion of US Foreign compliance reporting requirements, mostly through outside consultant PwC.
Manage the Tax Accountant positions in the US and India.
Manage the legal organization chart.
Manage the preparation of the the annual FBAR reports.
Prepare foreign sections of quarterly tax report submitted to parent including jurisdictional effective rate reconciliations and list of legal entities.
Manage the TTI global transfer pricing efforts by working with PWC to identify new transactions and participating in calls with global team members to understand the nature of the transactions.
Manage the tax calendar including monitoring the progress of PWC's filing of foreign returns.
Lead or participate in foreign income tax research and special tax related projects as assigned.
Manage the process to review business licenses, unclaimed property reports, and property tax identifying action items needed for completion.
Ensure adherence to global tax regulations and manage tax risk.
Assist with monthly closing including preparing monthly tax account reconciliation for foreign subsidiaries.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in Accounting with CPA or equivalent.Five plus of related tax experience in either public or industry accounting preferred.
Managerial experience preferred.
Strong background in Tax Accounting (ASC 740) for a global organization.
Familiarity with international corporate tax concepts including Transfer Pricing a plus SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONSSelf-starter and ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style Experience with tax research Experience managing staff level.
Thorough experience with Oracle.
