Lead business development efforts;
Prepare and review business and personal income tax returns prepared by associates, including multi-state and client tax planning;
Prepare and review of trust and estate tax returns prepared by associates;
Lead client meetings and foster relationships while articulating complex tax regulations;
Excel at engagement management and operational excellence while developing standards in these areas for the firm;
Demonstrate personal productivity and maintain high levels of utilization and region profitability by supporting multiple industry and service areas when not working in their respective major areas.
