They are looking for you, a skilled Tax Manager , who can lead client engagements, provide top-tier tax compliance services, and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure tax planning and compliance for private equity and similar entities.
What you get to do: Manage day-to-day tax compliance for fund partnerships focused on private equity, infrastructure, private debt, and real estate investments.
Advise clients on income tax issues and related tax planning, and respond to tax inquiries.
Oversee engagement planning, scheduling, and workflow, while supervising and coaching a team of accountants.
Research complex tax issues and propose solutions.
Collaborate with external tax advisors on compliance processes.
Assist with fund entity creation, dissolution, and IRS W-form preparation and review.
Communicate effectively with engagement partners to ensure quality of work and maintain strong client relationships.
What you need to succeed: Bachelor's degree required; CPA or pursuing CPA strongly preferred.
5 years of relevant experience in partnership tax and private equity.
Strong expertise in taxation of flow-through entities such as partnerships and LLCs.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in utilizing tax-related technologies to enhance client service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
