Tax Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to oversee and manage tax compliance, reporting, and planning for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that all tax-related matters are handled efficiently, timely, and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
\n ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee tax compliance activities, including the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns (income, sales, VAT, etc.).Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in all jurisdictions.Provide advice on tax planning, tax structuring, and potential tax-saving strategies.Coordinate audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and filings.Manage the tax department and provide guidance to junior tax staff.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper tax treatment of transactions.Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions from a tax perspective. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA or JD is a plus.3+ years of experience in tax, with at least 1 year in a senior or managerial role.Strong understanding of corporate tax laws and compliance.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
