Tax Manager

Elite Sourcing LLC is currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team.
As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing tax planning and compliance for our company and clients.

Responsibilities Manage and supervise a team of tax professionals. Develop and implement tax strategies and planning for the company and clients. Review and analyze tax returns and financial statements. Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations. Research and interpret tax legislation and regulations. Advise clients on tax implications and potential opportunities. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance. CPA certification preferred. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Experience managing and leading a team of tax professionals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Proficient in tax software and MS Office Suite. Benefits
