Tax Manager

WMB2, LLP is an independent, certified public accounting firm located in Larkspur, California.
We advise closely held companies and high net-worth individuals, providing a broad range of services which include accounting, auditing and attestation, consulting, and tax services.
Job Description: Our office is seeking a professional tax manager to prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate and trust tax returns.
Job Duties: Review and preparation of individual/corporate/partnership tax returns Tax planning and research Consultation and analysis of client financial data and accounting/tax issues.
Qualifications: Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Demonstrate professionalism and responsibility of work product and projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
6 years of experience in tax preparation.
BA/BS degree in Accounting, CPA or CPA candidate a plus.
ProSystem FX software a plus.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
