Responsibilities Include: Preparation and review of complex income tax returns including but not limited to Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, Annual Business, Exempt Organization, and Individual ReturnsAssign, track and manage tasks and projects to Tax StaffAssist in review and oversight over the reporting of 1099sFacilitation of entity creation and dissolution procedures including attainment of Articles of Incorporation, organizational documents, FEIN applications and 2553sPreferred Qualifications: BS in Accounting, Finance or EconomicsCPA PreferredExperience using QuickBooks and Excel7+ years of experience in a Tax practice
