About this opportunity:
We are currently looking for a responsible, solution-oriented, and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Tax Manager.
The Tax Manager for the GNP business unit will be a key advisor and hands-on contributor in a strategic new company.
This is a ground floor opportunity to drive creation of a highly efficient tax function and deliver value from day one.
What you will do: Responsible for tax compliance, accounting and reporting for a multi-entity business Manage all taxes, including direct, indirect, WHT, sales Implement and maintain transfer prices and intercompany agreements Advise the business on taxation issues, both tactical and strategic Manage service provider to complete and maintain local tax filings Participate in automation initiatives that drive efficiency and cost control of tax function Manage tax risks proactively by understanding and participating in the business Manage tax audits and compliance activities in effective and efficient manner Support monthly and annual book close and audit activities Lead with integrity and a compliance mindset The skills you bring: 10+ years relevant experience as a tax professional Thorough understanding of IFRS and GAAP Experience supporting multi-entity global businesses Telecommunications background advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex topics to all levels in an organization Previous exposure to Enterprise customers.
High level of analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly disciplined and structured delivering Operational excellence.
Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and high levels of tact, integrity and confidentiality Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
Master's degree a plus.
Candidates with Professional certifications are encouraged.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below.
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Washington, New York, New Jersey, and District of Columbia: $165,500 - $252,700 California: $168,500 - $276,100 All other US locations: $156,000 - $234,000 STV: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus.
Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target.
Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us.
New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 11 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day.
Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date.
Those with additional vacation time at the end of the year may sell one week of vacation, equal to a week of pay.
Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of maternity/medical leave, 6 weeks of paternity or adoption leave at 100% of pay, and medical leave at 100% or 66 2/3% of pay, based on length of service.
