About the role:As a Tax Manager, the professional will engage directly with clients to establish and maintain strong relationships.
Tax Managers provide comprehensive advice on a wide array of tax services, including individual, partnership, corporate, and trust and estate taxation.
Key responsibilities include participating in the calculation and analysis of proprietary tax strategies tailored to client needs.
The Tax Manager will also oversee scheduling and workflow management for both staff and senior team members, ensuring effective collaboration through timely and constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities: Conducts thorough reviews of client engagement work to ensure adherence to the firm's quality control standards. Maintains ongoing communication with partners regarding engagement progress and milestones. Identifies technical challenges and presents recommended solutions to partners for prompt resolution. Provides training, leadership, and recognition to motivate and develop team members effectively. Possesses a deep understanding of U.S. tax laws, particularly concerning foreign entity ownership by U.S. persons. Completes performance evaluations and delivers timely, constructive feedback to team members. Understands the economic aspects of the firm's practice and holds direct responsibility for client billing. Assists management in formulating policies and procedures, offering that support to the team. Takes on additional administrative and supervisory tasks, including recruiting and facilitating professional development events as needed. Demonstrates the ability to mentor and train both staff and senior team members. Remains informed about current technical and regulatory developments. Provides assistance with any additional tasks as requested. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in a public accounting firm or related experience CPA required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire Compensation and Benefits: Up to $150k per annum Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
