Job Description: What you will do as a Tax Managing Director: Develop, build and maintain client relationships by understanding and identifying solutions that address client's needs Facilitate the implementation of consulting and compliance projects including identifying, understanding communicating and managing projects from inception to completion Provide technical expertise to expand the practice and develop the team Mentor, develop and support the growth of a team of professionals Serve as an engagement leader by leading and growing new and existing client engagements Participate in professional and networking organizations that enhance your career growth and the growth of the firm Your experience includes: Bachelors degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred Ten (10) or more years of prior relevant tax experience, including experience within a consulting/ professional services firm serving FinTech, Banking or Capital Markets clients Experience leading engagements and teams CPA certification We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $174,109.00 to $391,909.00 per year.
