With that said, we are in great need of a Tax Partner in Training.
This role will be responsible for tax compliance and planning services for individual, corporate, partnership, and international tax.
This position will also provide tax consulting services to clients and review the work of more junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review corporate, individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and international tax returns.Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.Provide guidance to more junior staff members.Lead tax research and develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities.Ensure compliance with state and federal government regulations.Maintain excellent client relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required (MST/ MBT strongly preferred)5+ years of relevant experience within public accountingComplicated tax knowledge/ experienceStrong knowledge of 1040, 1120, 1120s, 1065sCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required (OR if you are pursuing your license/ have the ability to obtain in the near future)Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, peers, and management.Proven ability to lead and manage projects.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
