Tax Preparation Specialist

Job Description Intuit is seeking Tax Preparation Specialists for the upcoming tax season with a minimum of 2 years of paid tax filing experience using commercial tax preparation software.
As a Tax Preparation Specialist, you will provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Our ideal candidate possesses an active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney), strong tax preparation experience, and excellent customer service skills.
This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
