Tax Senior Responsibilities Prepare and review individual and business income tax returns Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations to clients Analyze financial statements and accounting records to identify tax savings opportunities Assist with tax planning and compliance activities Provide exceptional client service, building and maintaining strong relationships Tax Senior Essential Job Functions: Utilize tax software to accurately prepare and review tax returns Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding tax services Communicate complex tax information in a clear and concise manner to clients Provide training and guidance to staff members as needed Tax Senior Skills: Minimum 4 years of experience in tax preparation and review CPA certification preferred Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws Proficient in tax software and MS Office Suite Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Effective communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid memberships to professional organizations Continued education and certification opportunities A supportive and family-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Competitive salary, starting at 70k or more, commensurate with experience
