Join Aprio's Tax Operations team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Seasonal Tax Support Specialist to join their dynamic team.
As a Tax Support Specialist, you will provide national support to the Tax Department firm wide, optimizing efficiency, client experience and quality control. You will interact with team members within your team as well as others outside of your team at all levels.
\n Position Responsibilities:Electronically process and assemble tax returns from the tax softwareDeliver assembled tax return packages via SafeSend Returns or email to client in a timely mannerElectronically file tax returns within the e-file systemAssist Tax Operations Team with data projectsPerform quality control review for completeness and accuracy of your own workSecure and protect Personally Identifiable Information Qualifications:Available to work overtime (evenings and weekends), as neededAbility to manage and prioritize assigned work using exemplary time-management and task-prioritization skillsAbility to work independentlyDemonstrates ability to multi-task and turnaround assigned work accurately and in a timely mannerExcellent administrative and computer literacy skillsStrong organizational and customer service skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to self-reviewPositive, can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
\n$23 - $30 an hour
The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
