About the Job We are seeking a gospel-centered, results-driven and detail-oriented Teacher Training Specialist to join our team. This full-time position will operate out of our headquarters in Hilliard, Ohio or remotely from Central Ohio and will focus on providing excellent training and support for LifeWise classroom teachers. It requires collaboration, researching and brainstorming with a dedicated team to cultivate confident and successful LifeWise teachers nationwide.
Responsibilities Manage training schedules, accurate training reports and documentation Assist in updating, implementing and assessing training for new teachers Develop and implement ongoing teacher training opportunities for diverse teacher groups Collaborate on various teacher support projects, tasks and events Develop ongoing and specialized professional development courses and opportunities Organize and maintain records and documentation of professional development Coordinate, create and update relevant teacher resource projects Support communication efforts to teachers Communicate identified needs and proposed solutions to Teacher Support Manager effectively Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith Bachelor's degree in education (preferred) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Substantial experience in classroom teaching Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting demands Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools Salary and Benefits
