For more than 26 years, we have provided on-site educational services in hospitals, helping these school-age patients continue their education during treatment and reintegrate successfully into the classroom.

Currently, we are seeking a passionate and creative teaching assistant to join our team inNewark, DE on a full-time basis for the school year.
This unique position will involve working in a fast-paced behavioral health facility, providing academic support tochild and adolescentschool-age patients in a small classroom setting as they receive treatment.

Essential functions of the job may include but are not limited to the following:
Collecting admission paperwork for each student at the beginning of each day, assessing the paperwork for any missing information, completing missing paperworkand then sending over to our central admin team to input into our CRMUpdating the CRM database with current class censusReaching out to parents and other stakeholders via phone and emailAssist the teacher with any lesson prep for the dayAssist the teacher with any printing, copying, scanning, or returning of student curriculum

Position entails a40-houra week commitment, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
