Teaching Position - Remote

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations for visually impaired students, spanning from Elementary to Secondary grade levels.
Develop personalized education plans (IEPs) to address the specific needs of each student, with a focus on enhancing both their visual and overall learning skills.
Foster collaboration with parents, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and ongoing progress monitoring.
Maintain meticulous records of student progress and adjust educational strategies as necessary to optimize learning outcomes.
Offer guidance and support to families and caregivers, equipping them with effective strategies to assist visually impaired students.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education for the Visually Impaired.
Possession of current Colorado teaching certification and relevant licensure.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in remote education specifically for visually impaired students.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective remote teaching and teamwork.
Compensation:
This is a 1099 Contractor Position.
Hourly rate: $35/hr
