Position Overview:We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our TCAD (Technology Computer-Aided Design) and Multiphysics simulation team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in semiconductor technologies, proven leadership experience, and a strong academic foundation. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive innovation, foster collaboration, and achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of TCAD and Multiphysics engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
Develop and implement strategic plans to advance our TCAD capabilities and Multiphysics modeling efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TCAD results into product development processes.
Ensure high-quality deliverables by setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
Drive research initiatives and stay updated with industry trends to maintain our competitive edge.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Represent the team in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor technologies, with a focus on TCAD and multiphysics modeling.
Proven track record of successfully leading teams in a semiconductor company.
Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, process technologies, and modeling tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A strong publication record and contributions to the academic community is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $212,400.00 to $382,400.00 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
