The Coffee Spot in Simsbury, CT is looking for part-time year-round Team Members to join our strong team. We are located on 750 Hopmeadow Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, friendly, and engaged. Responsibilities Cross-trained in Counter, Food Preparation, and Dish/Bus, with the potential for Barista Greet customers entering the business and thank customer leaving the business Take in-person and phone orders Maintain a well-stocked, clean work area Bus dishes, wipe tables, sweep, mop, and other general duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Strong work ethic Self-starter Friendly, outgoing demeanor Customer Service Oriented Team Player Punctual & Dependable Starting wage is $15/hour plus tips. Team Member MUST be available to work during the week from 7-5 and on weekends from 8-5 during either the 6-12 shift or the 12-5 shift. Team Member must have reliable transportation.
