15 full-service locations throughout Oklahoma 300 team members $1.7 billion in assets $10,000+ raised by Mabrey Team Members for local communities in 2023 The Team Training and Development Manager oversees the creation and execution of training programs, educational initiatives, and team member development strategies within the organization. Their role involves nurturing and expanding the skills of team members to align with the organization's objectives, strategies, and goals. This includes designing, coordinating, and managing various training and development programs. The Team Training and Development Manager is also responsible for fostering positive relationships with colleagues and customers, maintaining professionalism and courtesy in all communications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Leadership Development, Training, Human Resources, Education, or related field Five-plus years in Training and Development Management Five-plus years of banking experience Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication Preferred Experience and Qualifications Graduate Degree in Leadership/Organization Development or Teaching, Learning, and Leadership CPTD certification or similar SHRM certification or similar Schedule This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work. Hours vary depending on business needs. Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
