The Teammate Experience Program Manager is an integral member of Esler Companies' People Team, focused on fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role will manage initiatives that enhance teammate engagement, promote community impact, and support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of empathy, leadership, and expertise in workplace culture programs, DEIB strategy, and training development.
\n WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGCompany Wide Councils:Serve as the primary liaison, overseeing two to three councils' annual calendars and budgets, and ensuring programs align with company values and goals.Survey Follow-Up & Action Plans:Analyze workplace experience survey feedback, collaborate with leaders to develop and implement action plans, and track their effectiveness to ensure continuous culture improvement.DEIB Council & Strategy Development:Contribute to the creation and execution of Esler's DEIB strategy, including the development of a new DEIB council in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company values.People Team Programming:Work alongside other members of the People Team to support various activities and initiatives that foster an exceptional workplace culture. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects, including calendars and budgetsAnalytical skills to derive insights from dataExperience in DEIB strategy or workplace inclusivity initiativesCreative and proactive in improving workplace cultureStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyA bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; equivalent experience or specialized certifications in DEIB, HR, or leadership development are also valuable.Experience in workplace culture initiatives, including DEIB strategy development and training.Proven track record of managing projects and cross-functional collaboration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.Experience working in Canva is a plus.
