Technical Execution Lead, providing technical guidance and direction As a fully engaged technical execution lead, the Product Tech Driver defines and communicates a shared technical vision and helps the Product Business Owner makes final calls daily around what work in Capabilities and Feature need to be done next.
What is this role responsible for? Leading overall technology strategy and governance for the product, in collaboration with technical and architectural stakeholders

features) Ensures adherence to cost guardrails by balancing capacity, resourcing, scope, and Balancing technical needs, ongoing improvements & stability, while lowering costs Ensuring continuous technical delivery of most valuable product capabilities, across the workflow managing risks and dependencies
Defining and communicating the technical vision with the technical enablers to achieve it Ensures 52-week Product Level CBE is updated with key milestones in collaboration with the Product Ensuring Products and teams maintains good data hygiene for feature self-assessments and championing the activity dashboard (backlog health, Feature Cycle Time). Platform owners, architects and developers for technical and solution guidance and verification of features keeping focus on compliance, security, scalability and stability Tech Product Owner for technical vision and Supporting Artifacts Product Business Owner/Product Managers for Feasibility of Initiatives and Capabilities and managing within budgets Interacting with team coaches for team deliverables Portfolio Tech Driver for technical escalations and alignment on 52-week CBE Agile coaches to sync on adopting and implementing agile principles, data hygiene, tracking and improving Tech & Enterprise Program Management Which Systems & Tools does this role interact with?
