JOB SUMMARY:

Provides the technical skills needed to support the daily operation of the assigned entertainment venue and/or event, including the operation and execution of entertainment shows.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the daily operation of the technical elements within the assigned entertainment venue and/or event.
Responsible for completing pre and post show presets, resets and checklists of assigned technical equipment elements.
Assist with the appropriate maintenance of venue and equipment as assigned for proper operation, organization and cleanliness.
Assisting in maintaining shows or event specific inventory of all technical equipment and supplies.
Accountable to strictly adhere to all policies and procedures, as defined by the Entertainment Department, governing the safe operation of all technical equipment.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

High school degree is required.
Technical school is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

1-3 years: One to three years' experience within the professional theme park/theater industry in a technical capacity preferred.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
