Full-time, direct hire role with guaranteed starting salary of $100-125K + commission!
What You'll Do:
Relationship Management: Become your client's go-to point of contact, listening to their needs, building a relationship, and creating confidence in Omega's services
Project/Incident Management: Coordinate with teams to ensure project deliverables are met, manage client expectations, and ensure timely resolution of escalated service issues
Technical Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor, develop technology plans and budgets tailored to each client's business risks and goals
Strategic Planning: Conduct regular reviews and strategic planning sessions to align technology solutions with customer goals, driving both customer retention and revenue growth
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, Windows Server, Storage, Hypervisors and Connectivity
High-level knowledge of networks, protocols, wireless, and firewalls
Ability to effectively review solutions for Backup, Disaster Recovery, Anti-Virus, and Security Standards (existing as well as emerging) with customers
Experience with Remote Desktop Services and Virtual Desktop infrastructure; advantages and challenges
Passion for professional relationships, meeting client needs, and problem-solving with a team
Positive mentality, affinity for giving/receiving respectful feedback, and comfortability changing tasks rapidly
Prior MSP experience strongly preferred - if you've been a vCIO, account manager, client success manager, technical account manager, or salesperson at an MSP, this could be a great fit!
